We span the length of California and out into Las Vegas. Throughout the areas that we service we strive to have consistent policies and outstanding service. To help we have put some general information below.
Uniform attire is essential to keep a company wide professional look. Formal attire is the most common style of dress. This includes;
black long sleeve button up shirt, (make sure it buttons all the way to the top)
Black Slacks, (not jeans)
black dress shoes or flats, (and black socks)
black tie. (just in case you need some help)
Some great places to shop are; H&M Clothing, JCPenney, Macy’s, and Nordstrom Rack.
It is recommended that you bring a wine key with you.
Bringing your own drink serving tray to location is very useful. Whether for carrying drinks or helping to pick up trash it can very helpful.
All Night & Day Bartenders are required to have their own bar tools.

Chefs and Kitchen Staff
All chefs and kitchen staff must provide their own knives. The standard uniform for all kitchen staff is chefs coat and non-slip shoes.
California LEAD Certified Bartenders
Bartenders who want priority for positions should complete the LEAD Certification program. The LEAD Certification is a four hour class teaching safe pouring techniques. This class is provided free by the state of California. Some of the venues that we are contracted to work require this certification for all bartenders.
